White cardstock base, design paper is from a 6 x 6 paper pad from Doodlebug Design Inc. which I bought on Saturday at One Crazy Stamper in Bolton ON which has become my favourite Scrapbook store. The ribbon is from my stash and the heart shaped rhinestones were bought at Michaels on Saturday as well. I chose to use 2 small turquiose hearts just to add a bit of interest to my card. The cut out heart is from a Martha Stewart all over the page punch and the sentiment is by Stamps of Life - sampler2love stamp set. The stamp set can be seen here. I also have the matching dies to this stamp set and will be using both the stamps and dies for the majority of my valentine cards that I am making this year for Kards for Kids HSC. I hope the recipient of this card will like it as much as I do. I just love all the bright and cheerful colours on this card.
I would like to give a shout out to all our generous sponsors for Kards for Kids. They are One Crazy Stamper, Your Next Stamp, Kraftin Kimmie Stamps, High Hopes Stamps, Class Act Inc.and one of the Smiley Team Members Sheri who is a Close to my Heart Consultant. They so generously donate stamps and paper that Bela sends to us Smiley Team Members to make cards for the children at The Hospital for Sick Children here in Toronto. We have a lot of fun and have different contests for a chance to win prizes. If you would like more information about Kards for Kids, please contact me.
Thanks for stopping by!

Beautiful card, Oma, and your take on the sketch is perfect! Thanks for sharing :) Hope your weekend was wonderful! We had a great service at church yesterday, followed up with a noon fellowship dinner. Nice day, and I didn't have to cook! Saturday was very quiet. Hugs...
SWEET! I love your card!
