And here is the card I made using the sketch:
Card base is white. I love the combination of light blue and dark blue which is from my stash. I also used a Martha Stewart snowflake edge punch. If you click on the picture you will see that there are embossed snowflakes. I used a Fiskar's punch to punch out the 2 1/2 inch circle which is popped up on foam tape and die cut a light blue and white snowflake which was cut using my Cuttlebug. The snowflake is by Joy Crafts. I also added a light blue pearl gem to the center of the snowflake. I also added a strip of glittered silver tape which is from CTMH. This sentiment was stamped with Versa Fine Majestic Blue and is from The Stamps of Life. I was pleasantly surprised at how well this card turned out. This card was made for http://kardsforkidshsc.blogspot.ca/ and will be going to a child at The Hospital for Sick Children here in Toronto. I hope this card will put a smile on a child's face and that the child will like it as much as I do. I love making cards for the children and am on the Smiley Team for Kards for Kids.
This is a fairly easy sketch so please join us and enter a card in this week's challenge. You might end up sporting a top 3 badge on your blog if you do. Don't forget to tell them that Anna sent you.
Thanks for stopping by!

I really like the two-tones of blue together, blue being my favorite color. This is just a fantastic card, great work.
