Happy 3rd Birthday Amber!

I have no idea where the last 3 years have gone!  It seems like just yesterday that I drove to my daughter's house to look after Sierra and Brooke while she and hubby rushed to the hospital for Amber's birth.  In reality; Amber's birthday isn't until next month - Nov. 2nd to be exact.

Here are some pictures of my youngest granddaughter Amber Jordan:

Amber is always really happy to see us when we visit and makes a beeline for me and hugs my legs before I get a chance to pick her up.  She gives the best hugs and kisses and is so much fun.  She never sits still and my daughter and son-in-law have given up trying to get her to sit at the dinner table.  She is very active but will come back to the table, have a few bites and then she's off again.  She eventually eats all her dinner.  She loves making cards with me and she loves to play board games and do puzzles.  She is a whiz at playing games on the IPAD and could teach me a thing or two about the Ipad.

Here is the card I made for her:

I did something totally different with her card that I have never ever done before.  There is no stamping on this card at all!  I simply cut different elements from a 6 x 6 paper pad by My Mind's Eye titled Hootenanny which is chock full of birthday papers.  I also used ribbons, flat rhinestones for bling and an edge punch.  If you look closely, you will be able to see the embossing on this edge punch from Spellbinders.  A few circle punches and scallop circle punches with the fussy cut cupcakes which was popped up on 3D stickers.  I am very happy with how this card turned out and I'm sure Amber will just love it.

I need to put together some card kits so that Brooke and Sierra can make her a card as well.  I will also put together a card kit for Amber so she can make a card for Christmas.
Thanks for stopping by!

Gorgeous card, and a gorgeous family! Although I don't envy your daughter the eventual 3 teenage girls! (my sister in law is going through that exact nightmare as we speak, lol)

I'm sure Amber will be so pleased with this lovely card from her Oma! x
