The inside:
I used a stamp set from Verve: Forever in our hearts.
I went to Verve picture gallery on Splitcoaststampers and cased this card.
I am quite pleased how my card turned out and hope that it conveys my sympathy to my brother-in-law.
On a happier note, Opa & I spent some time with our daughter and "the girls" on Saturday. It had snowed lightly in the morning; so in the afternoon, we all went outside to clear the snow on the driveway. My son-in-law has a big snowblower but no snow shovel. My daughter being the creative person that she is grabbed a rather large broom to clear the driveway:
Here are some more snow clearing pictures that I took:
Janice and Sierra
Brooke 3 1/2
Sierra - 5 1/2
Sierra started to clear the neighbour's driveway and later when we went inside, the neighbour came out and cleared his driveway. My daughter said that he rarely clears his driveway, that his wife usually does it. I guess Sierra shamed him into clearing it.
Thanks for stopping by!

Hi Oma.So sorry for your brother in law's loss of his mother.A beautiful card you have made.
I love the pics of the snow clearing, they look so happy.xxx
I wanted to come by and say thank you for stopping by my blog! I'm sorry for your BIL ... it's always a difficult time to lose a loved one! When I saw that your a.k.a. is "Oma", I thought that was so cool because my son has an Oma and Opa too! His grandfather was originally from Germany! Also, I noticed that you live in Toronto ... so do I. Where about are you? I'm at Yonge & Sheppard. I also wanted you to know that your blog is wonderful, and so are your projects ... as far as I'm concerned your cards are absolutely beautiful, so in my eyes you are very talented and creative!!!
So sorry you had to make a sympathy card...those are always hard. It turned out beautiful and the sentiment inside is perfect. I'm sure it will bring your BIL comfort. Your girls are so cute and look to be be having fun shoveling the snow...I keep hoping we'll see the last snow storm for the season...and then we get more. I'm ready for Spring!
