Another great mail day today!

This is the stamp I won on Sally's blog last month. This is Cake Maggie and I can picture myself stamping her up for a Birthday card. Maggie is a clear stamp which I prefer over rubber stamps for the simple reason that you can see exactly where it will be placed on the paper. Thank you Sally!

I ordered these 2 stamps from High Hopes which is a Canadian stamp company located in Sarnia. I got the tulips cuz I'm Dutch and proud of it!

My 3 1/2 yr. old granddaughter received her very 1st pair of skates for Christmas and this stamp reminds me of her. Sierra cannot skate as yet but is having lots of fun trying. Her parents told her to expect lots of falls before she gets the hang of skating and made sure she also had all the protective gear required - including a hockey helmet! When she came home from her 1st attempt at skating, her Mom asked her if she had fun skating. Sierra matter of factly corrected her and said, "I didn't go skating, I went falling!" LOL

High Hopes also sent me these 2 stamps even though I did not order them. I think they made a mistake so have emailed them to ask. I like both stamps. A Hippo ballerina is sure to put a smile on anyone`s face. The Canadian mountie, beaver and Moose are also a great stamp to have if are a proud Canadian. I became a Canadian Citizen in the 60`s so I am also a proud Canadian.

Edited to add that High Hopes replied to my email to say that they are a gift - will definitely be ordering from them again. I like companies that value your business.

I love this card, it's fab. You are really clever. You asked me how I added the hit counter on my blog. If you click on my counter it takes you to the screen where you choose what colour counter you want and gives easy to follow steps. Then you need to copy the code and on your blog add a gadget, html/javascript and paste the code in there. I think..... I just followed their instructions. Thanks for your good wishes on my blog.
