Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge # 25

One of our design team members designed this week's sketch at Atlantic Hearts.  It's an interesting sketch to say the least and it definitely challenged me and had me thinking outside the box.  Here is the sketch that Anna-Carin designed:

And here is my interpretation of the sketch:

The card base is ivory and is a larger than normal size.  It is 6 1/2 x 4 1/4.  The card stock is all by Bazzill.  The medallion was made with my paper scraps.  The snowflakes were cut using an Impressions Obsessions set of dies.  The sentiment is from CTMH stamp set - To You and Yours.  I also added the navy ribbon and some flat back rhinestones for some added bling.  I am quite pleased with how this card turned out.

Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge # 10

It is no secret that I love butterflies and flowers.  I have several dies for both and love to incorporate them onto a card.  When I saw this week's Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge, I knew I could use both a butterfly die and some flower dies.

Here is the sketch:

And here is my card:

Card stock is all from Bazill.  The embossing folder is from Nellie's Choice - Small Flowers.  The strip of design paper is from Echo Park - 6 x 6 paper pad Sweet Girl.  The square die is a Spellbinders Nestibility - Decorative Labels One.  The butterfly and flower dies are both from Your Next Stamp - Spring Fling - Garden.  The bling which is in the shape of flowers are from K & Company.  The sentiment which was stamped with Versafine Majestic Blue is from Penny Black.  I am quite pleased with how well this card turned out and I am hoping to make it onto the design team for Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenges.
